KVX for Utility Systems

Looking for a way of making your business more profitable? Then you should get to know the KVX system.

The KVX System has been developed in close co-operation with contractors, mines and quarries all over the world. KVX offers a wide product range, dependable factory support, flexible engineering resources, unique and unrivalled solutions, and wear parts of the highest quality.

KVX is Rock Science.

KVX offers safe and well-proven systems for Mini and Midi Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Backhoe Loaders and Compact Wheel Loaders.

KVX is famous for its bolt-on tooth systems. By choosing KVX on your utility machines, you will not only enjoy the usual benefits of robust and long-lasting teeth, but you will also appreciate the ease and safety of tightening or loosening the bolts by hand!

The KVX teeth are bolted directly to the bucket lip. For mini-excavators this is especially good news, as you are able to mount or change the teeth using hand spanners only. No welding of adapters (with associated cracking risks), no fiddly pins or worn/loose adapter noses. What’s more, KVX can also supply the bucket Lip itself, enhancing the strength and life of the bucket.

Simple, reliable and no welding!

Whether you are engaged in machinery rental or in your own contracting business, the requirement for an easy and hassle-free tooth system is the same. A wise, safe and sound solution is to choose KVX for your entire mini-machine fleet!

Adapter repairs and tooth tips which break or loosen can lead to significant costs, not least of which is due to downtime for welding, and not to mention the damage caused to adapters when a tooth is lost. The KVX system eliminates all these problems. Our specially treated teeth have no trouble penetrating asphalt or working in tough rocky conditions. It’s just what they’re made for!

Size Doesn’t Matter! Utility machines also need to work trouble-free day after day.

KVX can also provide specially treated cutting edges (lips) which will prolong the life-time of your bucket.
